What is coaching?

  • Coaching is a form of development in which the coach supports his client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training, advice and guidance.

Where is the difference of expat coaching and inter-cultural training?

  •  In inter-cultural training the focus is on the culture. In expat coaching the focus is on the expat himself within the new culture.

Who needs coaching?

  • Everybody who feels stuck or in a rut. Life coaching helps you identify and change those areas of your life which you find unfulfilling or unsatisfactory. 

What do we do in a coaching session?

  • We talk, analyse, make it visual, set goals, create action plans, perform role plays,... please book a free of charge trial session to see what it is like.

Are you a certified coach?

Do you only coach expats?

  • No, I am coaching everybody.

In what language can you conduct the coaching?

  • German or English

How many coaching sessions do I need?

  • Depends on your needs. Usually 3-5 coaching sessions are sufficient.

Can you come to my home?

  • Yes, I can come to your home.

How can I book and appointment?

Does coaching have to be face to face.

  • No, we can make a Skype appointment.

How can I book an appointment if I am not in Singapore?

  • Send me an e-mail or contact via the website. We can make a Skype appointment and I can meet you during my next visit to your country.

How much does it cost?

  • Please allow me to quote you according your personal situation and requirements.

Do I get a receipt?

  • Yes, you will get an official receipt.

Can I deduct it from my income tax?

  • Yes, you will receive a receipt and can deduct coaching as personal development from your income tax.
